Does anyone know if the switch to administer 9 LSATs per year applies to the overseas Testing centers as well, specifically Asia?

I am aiming for the Asia June 28th LSAT. I have finished the core curriculum and have about 2 and a 1/2 months of practice tests til test day. How many practice tests should I go through? Should I start immediately from test 36 forward using timed conditions or use 1-2 weeks of tests prior to 36 untimed for initial repetition before adding in timing?
For the premium course you get a limited amount of LSAT tests to practice with that are factored into the backwards planning from your anticipated exam date. I believe it goes up to 2009 or 2012 as the most recent practice tests. Being in the year 2020, should I stick to using 2012 and up tests to gain practice in vs the recommended 1990 tests -2009/2012 etc listed for practice? Or at the end of the day is a practice test a practice test regardless of what year it came out?
Does anyone know when other future LSAT dates will be released and available for the rest of the year past the April 25th LSAT?
Did anyone have to upload a photo to LSAC for the July LSAT Flex or is it done through the mirror test on your test day? I cannot find where to do it online for LSAC through my account.
