Maybe i'm dumb but I don't understand how answer choice B was better than answer choice E. The question asked which statement was most strongly supported based on the question asked. It appeared to me that what the author was trying to support in her thought was that centralization in societies is really important especially when trying to increase food production with technology because without it, the author believes that increasing food production would not work. If anything B seemed to be completely irrelevant to me. If someone could offer an alternative explanation, I would greatly appreciate it. I just think if I had to erase my memory and answer this question again I would still get it wrong.
