Can anyone explain to me the difference between the list of PrepTests 1-35 and the old LSAT's that are used as PrepTests?

#help I am having a hard time differentiating between B and E. I was torn between the two while taking the test and still don't get how these answers differ.
Ok thank you that makes sense. I am taking the august LSAT so I won't have time to do everything so I think I'll just stick the old LSAT's and maybe do the 7sage preptests here and there. What do you think?
@ I agree and it is odd how many answers seem like almost repeats. The analytics portion is helping me narrow everything down, I think that may be the most useful tool 7sage offers.
@ Right now I struggle the most with Flaw and weakening questions.
I have made a forum previously with my deficiencies regard LR however, I have completed most of the 7sage LR curriculum and really have not seen any improvement. I take the LSAT in august does anyone have tips to maximize my time and get better?
@ I see where you are coming from there and it is probably safe to say I'm not helping myself given it is by far my weakest section however, and this related to what you said @ I find myself getting wrapped up and distracted in creating inferences as opposed to allowing myself to grasp the statements organically. Perhaps I'm just awful with conditional logic and need work on that or I just need to practice more and take the best notes I can with the comprehension level I have now.
@ @ Thank for the tips! I'm still easing my way into things it's hard to build back up to a pace you can only get after months of study.
Am I the only one who doesn't actively write inferences or conditional statements when doing LR? If so am I doing myself a big disservice? As of now I prefer to just read it naturally and let the info sink in instead of trying to draw inferences that might not make any sense. Anyone else do this or if you do and think I should what would be your advice?
@ Thank you so much for the advice, I'll try that out!
Just took my first LSAT last week after a few hard months of studying for it. Upon finishing the test I decided to give myself the week off. Well that week has passed and today marks my first day back. I have done exactly two problems sets and already feel like I deserve the rest of the day off haha. Anyone else doing something similar? How is everyone staying sharp in preparation for their scores?
@ Thanks for the input it's nice to hear someone else out there is feeling similarly. I am just very confused on how to simulate these new test formats. Hoping someone out there will offer a solution.
Hey everyone I have been studying for some months now leading up to the august test and I still haven't figured out a definitive way to study for this version. Being the new version is 4 sections a repeat of any of the three sections (nobody knows which one) and one section get dropped. I am personally having a difficult time simulating a test like this and was wondering if anyone has advice on this.
@.rsn thanks for this tip I will continue to rep out flaw especially now knowing it's tested at such a complex level.
@ @ @ @ Sorry I did not respond to all of you sooner for some reason I was not receiving any of my 7sage notifications for a few days. Nonetheless, thank you all for the advice it has given me a lot to think about and add some new perspective. Wishing you all the best in your studies!
I'm interested!
