Hi! I narrowed it down to B and E, but went with B. Can I get a more concrete answer to why it is wrong? At first it made sense that it was incorrect because it uses the wrong qualifier (should be allowed), but then when looking at E, it also uses the should qualifier. So what other reasons are there that B is wrong, and why can E use should when B couldnt? Thank you! #help
