The way I finally understood why 7 was E was because it connected to the idea of the causal mechanism. They explained it was by raising body temp slightly before bed that you could achieve better sleep. Even though "warm bath before bed" isn't an idea mentioned in the stimulus, it's conceptually linked and that link is what the LSAT writers are testing us on - recognizing conceptual similarities rather than trying to word match.
