I think the key to speed on these is to be able to get rid of more 'obvious' wrong answers quickly and only actually check the 2-3 ACs that look most promising. If you can identify mismatches at a glance, you can strike out at least a couple answers on a very shallow dip-- for example, if the stimulus has specific language like "all," "most," etc., just scan for them and strike out ACs that don't have them

Prometric fucking sucks- I also considered retesting bc of bullshit from my proctor so I really empathize with you. I also felt like I couldn't realistically judge my performance after all that and didn't want to cancel a score that might have been fine anyways 😭 So fingers crossed for both of us!
