I got through this one by just realizing that it was either of the two conclusions stated in the argument. When I saw premise, evidence (another form of premise) and background choices, as what this part served in the argument, I immediately eliminated those. I did notice that J.Y. explained the other choices in more detail.
I didn't eliminate answer choice A, and chose answer choice B because I didn't understand what answer choice A meant.
I have viewed the videos on a Note 2 and Note 4 now. I've been using Google Chrome and have had no issues. The only thing different from the desktop experience is that I can't fast forward videos. Also, are you rooted or stock?
The question is asking, based on the policy that they have outlined for you, which customers' requests can be denied due to not following the policy. One of them did the process correctly, and can't be denied.
I picked A. Can you explain, in depth, why this wasn't the correct answer? Even after blind review, I strongly thought it was A.
