I reached the same answer but did it differently --

ume blooms -> D to J

tastes of emperor -> 3+ months

/3+ m --> /tastes of emperor

ume blooms -> D to J --> /3+ m --> /tastes of emperor

The Ume is not amenable to the tastes of the emperor

but arent there other things that could cause the real estate market to crash? or in these types of aruments does that not matter?
