I would appreciate some insight, I am confused as to how 'B' is not the answer? The question says "no students with learning disabilites have yet ENROLLED in the school". My understanding is that even if no students have recently enrolled, that doesn't mean that they do not already have students attending that school who have learning disabilities.

Would it not logically follow that you need to assume the school currently has no students with learning disabilities with the given information that no one with disabilities has enrolled, in order for the conclusion to follow?
