I'm an international student coming from an undergrad school whose teaching medium is English. Some schools mention that international applicants will need to prove english proficiency with a toefl score...should I contact the schools directly or just go ahead without such a score??

IMO, had the question stem also included AC(C) in its content, then yes, (E) could serve to strengthen the argument. But as it is, (C) is much better than (E)
I think "HS" and "DC" should be connected with an OR rather than an AND?
I assumed that vegetation grows faster when theres abundant rain so that according AC(E), the more flammable vegetation will grow faster, hence cause more damage when the next fire occurs. Where am I wrong?

@selenesteelman792 I have a score on file but also taking the January test, some schools reached out to me asking if I want them to review my apps without holing it until the new score release. However, for the schools that didn't address this problem, can I assume that the protocol is to consider my applications with my current score? Or should I reach out to them asking not to hold my file?
I really appreciate your feedback! Happy holidays!!
If you see the flaw in the conclusion as a lack of evidence, in that nowhere in the premise can we get any information about the amount of laughter between the two groups, the jumping to the conclusion itself is the flaw.
HEAT and TEMPERATURE are not the same thing.
the "on average" here does not perfectly match the stimulus, which talks about a total number. But still the flaw is part-to-whole, so despite not being perfectly paralleled, A is still the answer.
