@PSERRACOSTA I do the same thing! I also have a full time job and tried to study after work, but found it really difficult. The first 8 hours of waking, dopamine and epinephrine are highest so I swapped my early morning workouts for studying. It's important we do our hardest tasks during the first 8 hours of waking. Working out is so engrained in me that I was able to move this to the evening/lunch break and found it much more enjoyable bc I can let off steam from a long day of using my brain. I go to sleep around 10/11 and wake up around 5/6 depending on the day, study the first two hours of the day. I just bought the Live classes so looking forward to adding those in at night or on my lunch break. I saw some ppl take off weekends but I find I can put a lot more time into studying those days. I travel a lot and have a lot of busy weekdays that when I get a free weekend, I like to spend a few hours studying. With that being said, I follow the same format except I sleep in. I don't like to spend my whole weekend studying so I'll do a similar thing first in the morning, 90 minutes uninterrupted, take a break and then back at it. I try to move on with my day and if I'm feeling motivated I'll add in more study time at night.
