Hello, I just finished taking the September exam. However when I was I taking the exam, I had really bad noise disruptions. Would I be eligible to file a complaint? Or could you advice me on what to do?

Do you happen to know if there are ways to prevent technical problems from happening again? Also, do we get to resume where we got kicked off from or do we have to start all over with a different exam? Are there any disadvantages from retesting? Thank you so much!
