Arguments are typically stronger when multiple premises support the conclusion. A lesser amount of premises, or premises that contribute less directly towards strengthening the argument made in the conclusion, can weaken an argument. Therefore, the strongest argument are those that exhibit these traits, and thus strongest to weakest is arguments 2-1-3.
