12 months late but would still appreciate #help regarding this thought process, this was exactly what I was thinking as well. The vid helped me understand why E is wrong, but not really why D is correct.

Update: Turns out it did actually make the Drills as I could find them in my Existing Drills section, so it's definitely a bug

Unable to make a Drill based of Critera

When I select certain tags to create a drill, the website loads for a short time, then tells me it could not make a drill based off the criteria selected. There should be enough questions in each tag to constitute a drill, so I'm unsure why this is happen. Please let me know if I am doing something incorrect or if this is a bug, thank you!

Thank you for the quick response @cherry641

I'm also now having difficulty with the particular tags as well, which is strange as it worked before even when the 7Sage Virtual Tutor was not working.

7Sage Virtual Tutor not allowing me to create Drills

Hello,

When I attempt to create a drill based on the 7Sage Virtual Tutor's recommended questions, the module states that it could not create a drill based on my criteria. I am running on a MacBook using Google Chrome and have already cleared my cookies & cache.

Thank you for the help!

Edit: I don't know what's going on with the Imgur link, just copy & paste the link itself into the searchbar (even if it's already there) and it should work. It's trying to show the images in the post and glitching out.

I really appreciate your comment, and it highlights some of the issues I have with MSS. It's my weakest section, and largely because I tend to be somewhat confused as to what exactly I'm supposed to be looking for in the answer choices. From the curriculum, it seemed that MSS meant that the stimulus contained premises and the answer choice would contain the conclusion to the argument, and one had to find the correct conclusion. After drilling them for a short time (few days), however, I'm not sure if this 100% explains it.

Your perspective on "replaced" is beneficial. It's difficult at times to know when to take words on the LSAT as completely literal, and there are definitely words that mean something differently on the LSAT than in common English (i.e. "Some"). Thank you for your help.

I'm going to echo some of the other comments - JY's dismissal of D as a bogus choice is strange considering it was the 2nd most popular choice at 11%. Furthermore, he states that the only real "toss up" is between A, B, and E. Again odd because A & B were the least picked answers.

For my personal response, I chose E in timed and then switched to D in BR. I immediately narrowed it down to D & E in BR, but my issue came down to two things:

1) Does "replaced" imply died out? It would certainly seem to, especially as with the introduction of spruce forests rather than ice masses it isn't likely cold-adapted beetles would live.

2) The stimulus doesn't really discuss if they necessarily had new terrain at all. Perhaps the temperature increased while the terrain remained the same. E also introduces causes for the spruce-related date that the stimulus didn't mention.

Would appreciate some outside input on this. I also think this question could probably use an updated video explanation.
