I have not yet seen a circular reasoning question, but keep hearing that it is common. Does anyone know where an example of one is?

I got this one correct because of POE all the other AC besides B weakened the argument and B was the only one that made me go "what"

I didn't choose B because fish can be in rivers

So when we are asked about why it is a partial argument we look for the answer choice that helps the argument? #help
