Call me crazy, but I am utterly convinced B is the best answer. I understand why E is a very useful question to ask, but let's suppose that immune system disorders are treated with drugs that increase the risk of osteoporosis because immune system disorders are caused by excessive growth of new bone cells. Then, by growing new bone cells, the new drug would have deleterious effects on the patient's underlying immune system disorder. I assume a clinician would prioritize knowing if a drug had any unintended, antagonistic consequences for the primary condition they are trying to treat.

I would have selected E if the answer stem instead said, "these patients should mitigate their risk of osteoporosis by taking this new drug in addition to the drug that helps to preserve existing bone."

But maybe I am just overthinking this one-star question...
