Thank you I appreciate your response! I think you may be right. Towards question 15+ I'll often find myself narrowing the ACs down to two options and then selecting one based on intuition, and then in BR I go back to those questions and have a difficult time figuring out if I was right or wrong. It's often only when I get the results and am able to see whether I got the question right or wrong, that I am able to see why I was right or wrong. Like I'm fully understanding it only once my suspicions are confirmed or denied if that makes any sense. I'll take your advice and start drilling my weaker question types! :)

Consistency in LR

I am having trouble with consistency in LR sections. Some days I will take a PT and go -3 to -5 on the LR sections, and other times (like today PT 84 section 2) I will get -12... I am wondering if anyone has figured out a method that helped them do constantly well in LR.

I took the test today. Proctor experience was great. I had zero issues with setup, and no interruptions while taking the test.

Order was LG, RC, LR. It felt strange taking an LR section last because in most Flex-PTs the LR section will be first or second (at least in my experience).

LG: Overall felt like a pretty standard LG section to me. Last game was difficult, but doable.

RC: I found the RC section considerably more difficult than many of the 80s PTs. First passage was quite challenging and ended up being a time-sink for me. This left me with little time for the last passage which caused me to have to guess.

LR: I've seen some other posts saying that the LR felt weird. I would have to agree with that. I think that it was slightly more challenging than many LR sections I've encountered, but definitely not the most difficult. I don't really know how to explain what I mean by "it felt weird" but it just did. Yes the questions were standard question types we've all seen before, but something just felt off about it.

Leading up to the test I was PTing 156-162. While I don't think I cracked 160, I don't think I would've done worse than 156. I'm just hoping my guesses somewhat workout and for a generous curve. Good luck to anyone who still has to write, you've got this!

Okay I fixed it. For anyone with a similar issue on a mac, press command+spacebar, type in activity monitor, and then click memory and just close out things running in the background that you don't need until you pass the test.

ProctorU Equipment Test

So I registered for ProctorU and did my equipment test and everything passed except for my RAM usage. It said I'm using 98% of my RAM and the max is 90%. I assumed this was because I had other applications open so I closed everything on my computer other than the window with the equipment test, and the RAM category still failed. Is this an issue that will prevent me from writing on test day?
