Often, when doing RC passages, I doubt myself. The answers I select feel like they're half guessing, but I am usually correct. Anybody have any advice on how I can go about having more confidence in my answers?

Difficult to say without seeing the question, but I would guess that has something to do with the assumption the stimulus makes. The correct answer probably has something to do with the fact that something being "inherently fair" might not be what "society deems correct"
I think the best way to drill is to do a variety of drills based on your common errors. If you're currently having a hard time grasping/recognizing key concepts, then what you're doing should be effective. Just make sure that you do not get to the point where you dependent on that extra time.
Blind review is a great way of doing things to make sure you understand the questions. If you do drills with time constraints but blind review before looking at the correct answers, you get the benefit of comparing how you would do with time constraints vs. having unlimited time to understand the question.
You do not on the official tests. That is a good reason why to take many practice tests. You can learn which sections are your best.
