I am nearing the end of the LR curriculum.. I slowly moved through it to make sure I understood the concepts well. Now, I ask my fellow 7sagers; should I practice LR in the form of PT sections or something else (ideas are welcomed), or get started on LG? Thoughts, ideas?

I absolutely started off struggling with NA questions.. I found myself over analyzing and not focusing on the structure of the argument. I took a step back and decided to really break apart the stimulus by identifying context, premise(s), and conclusion. Focus heavily on the premise and conclusion and forget the rest. Once I did that I reminded myself that I am looking for what is absolutely necessary for this argument to be true. The necessary assumption does technically strengthen the argument but just in the slightest way. You're essentially just trying to make it barely valid. I would then go through the answer choices an let the answer choices tell me what must be necessary.. It's easy for us to make assumptions but we must let the stimulus/answer choices do the work for us. It will start becoming more intuitive, don't worry! Hope that helps..
Hi there!
What do you guys review or study when you're not exactly focused and just hanging out? Any flashcards or anything? I was thinking about making some flash cards for various question stems. Curious to see what others do when they're not "in the zone" but still trying to be productive.
Apply as early as you can without compromising your LSAT score!

Thank you both for your feedback! Guess I'll need to revisit this concept once I'm done with the CC and have taken a baseline PT.
After completing the CC, how long do you recommend the PT/BR process be? I know some of you might say until you are PT'ing higher than your desired score, but on average, how much time is needed/recommended?
Very helpful! I was also confused on when to apply the causation strategy.. I was approaching all weaken questions with the initial idea to weaken the support between the premise and conclusion. This strategy seems to be more specific but will allow me to quickly identify incorrect answer choices depending on the type of causation question.
hi there! I just moved to MPLS and will also be planning on taking the January LSAT. Haven't really started studying much.. would be interested in a study group
Yes i have tried that as well as flipping between using flash and not using flash. No success.
I have been having difficulty with the videos loading properly. Many times the videos won't play at all. It won't let me fast forward through the videos either. Getting really frustrated with it :(
Hi, I'd like to join this group! I am just starting my studies though.. I studied last year and worked through some of the CC but will be restarting. Since you're all already PT'ing, how would I most benefit from this group? Thanks for the advice!
The purpose for me pursuing law school is to ultimately work in public interest. I hope to get into policy making/changing.. especially education law and disability law. With that said.. I would love to make it to a T14 school.. Georgetown would be a dream come true.. or Cornell.
My husband is applying to veterinary school the same time I am applying to law school.. This limits my choices of T14 schools. I honestly just want to get into a decent school with scholarships that will allow me to work in public policy.
Considering what my goal with a law degree is, is it reasonable to NOT attend a T14 and still accomplish my goals?
I've been doing too much lurking on the TLS forum.
Great, thanks for the reply! Considering the change between lsac and UGPA.. do you recommend I write an addendum?
I ran my LSAC GPA and estimated that I will have a 3.29. My overall UG gpa is 3.5.. Needless to say, my first two years of college I made some poor choices. Flash forward, I transferred to a state university and was able to complete the final two years of my undergrad with a 3.9 GPA.
Here is my question.. Are trends looked at during the admissions process?
I'm obviously shooting for a solid LSAT score, I'm just concerned that my GPA is going to raise a red flag and potentially get in the way of acceptances.
Thanks 7sagers!

Hi there..
I was wondering if there is an inclusive list that includes the PrepTests necessary for the different tiers of curriculum with 7Sage. I knew that the PrepTests didn't come with the curriculum but I found myself very frustrated today as I was trying to work through the curriculum only to find out I didn't have all the necessary materials.
Was hoping there was a list so that I can buy them all at once.
Thanks!
So kind of you! Thank you!
