@opb1234 one thing that helped me was asking “why?” when I was trying to determine if a statement was a premise or conclusion. It helped me identify if there were any other statements that offered support to the statement I was trying to determine if it was a conclusion. If there is no explanation or underlying assumption that answer “why?” then it is a premise.
