After reading all of the comments I still don't get why B is wrong. Why can't Krall be 1) employed at Avrue and 2) not fully qualified? Wouldn't that satisfy the conditions for us to hire Delacruz? Or is it not logical to assume somebody who already works at the company wouldn't be qualified? Or does B just require too many logical leaps whereas E is more straightforward, and is therefore the right answer?

Why are answer choices (A) and (C) wrong?
