Everything in my application is on track to be ready in the next couple of weeks, except for obviously my LSAT, which I won't have the score for until I assume early Feb...

you can take the test on any of those three dates.. if youre question is which date is test day, the answer is all of them :-)

I just recently reached out to 2 profs who wrote my letters last year when I thought I was going to apply. One of them mentioned that the date doesn't show up/matter? I can't confirm, but I just resent them a link for an LoR and asked them to re-upload it so that it would be new. I think you're fine leaving it. LSAC just says that if you're using an old letter to ask the prof if it's ok that you're using it for a different year, so if you think they'd be chill, you're probably chillin. I looked for an answer to this question for a while, and I was actually going to call some admissions offices - I can do that tomorrow and pm you an answer, but I think generally you're ok.
