For Question 12, why isn't it:

tutor students --> danger of failing

missed Monday's Class --> danger of failing

It says: "they believe that only students who missed Monday’s class are in danger of failing."

wouldn't that be:

missed Monday's class --> danger of failing

Doesn't that follow the same logic as:

"HS teachers will only tutor students they believe to be in danger of failing"

tutor students --> danger of failing

Can someone help me understand this one?
