Hey @"David.Busis" and @"micah.bateman" , what's the word on contractions in personal statements? I've noticed that many of the sample PS's in the essay bank contain them, but I can't decide if they're right for my essay?
Thanks!

Hi there,
I'm beginning studying for the September test and I'd like to focus on logic games. However, I took the February test and have written on all my preptests (approx 36-60). I'd like to go back through the logic games I've done and rework them for practice, but I need clean copies. Any advice on where to fine some?
Thanks so much!
Hi friends,
I just wanted to let y'all know how much I'm appreciating everyone's encouragement and honesty right now. I scored below my ability this September and am pretty disappointed. But no one in my life knows anything about LSAT so I've felt like I have no one to talk to. It's been so helpful for me to be part of this community, to hear your stories, and be in conversation with people who get it.
Thank you all :)
@ Double-spaced! Almost every school specifies, and they all ask for double spaced
Two schools I'm applying to want two pages max. Three other schools want approximately two pages. And the other seven schools either don't have a page limit or it's max three. I'm at about two and three quarters pages right now, and am wondering what to do. I know the "two page max" schools are a hard line, and I plan to edit shorter for those, but what about the "approximately two pages" schools. How flexible are they when they say approximately?
Having a very hard time editing down while still telling the full story I want. Any advice or help would be appreciated. Thanks!
Thank you so much @ and @ !! This is exactly what I needed.
I'm taking the Sept test and am looking for suggestions of hard/weird games to drill with over the next week (don't worry, I've been studying for the past year so it's not like I've just now decided to take games seriously :) ). I just know that games have become a bit more unconventional in the more recent tests, and I want to practice these types of games to get my brain in the right mode before test day.
So, any recommendations for hard/weird games that have similar properties to the hard/weird games we may expect on the Sept test?
Thanks and happy studying :)
Thanks for all the congrats! Best of luck everyone!!
@ I submitted all my applications at the end of October, so fairly early on.
@ CONGRATS!!! Would love to be classmates!
@ I had a 4.0, but from Baylor, so not Ivy League by any means. And haven't gotten any merit scholarships from Berk yet, but just filled out their scholarship questionnaire thingy..
Hi friends,
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone behind the scenes at 7Sage, and everyone who is part of this incredibly supportive community. I started out at 150, and ended up with a 166, a 16 point increase. While not my dream score, it's been enough to be getting me into my dream schools: so far Michigan, Berkeley, and Georgetown.
I know I couldn't have had the motivation to keep studying through the difficult moments without you all. And 7Sage taught me to begin thinking like a lawyer--I honestly feel like what I've learned here is not only applicable to the LSAT, but will help me throughout my time at law school.
A huge thank you. And to all those still studying, keep on keepin' on. You CAN do it.
With gratitude,
Elisa
Will this webinar be recorded and made available to 7sagers? I'm out of the country and won't be able to take part because of time difference. Thanks!
Hi everyone!
I just got my score from the February LSAT (my first take) and am disappointed. I got a 163. The average of my last 5 preptests was 166.4 and my highest score was a 171. My BR scores were always between 170 and 175. I feel like I can do better if I take it again and am looking at taking the October test, but I've read mixed opinions about taking it twice.
Is it true that top tier law schools will simply look at an average of your LSAT scores if you take more than once, rather than looking at your highest score? In everyone's opinion, what score would I need to get on my second take in order to justify the second take?
Please let me know your thoughts----i need advice!!!
Thank you @ and @ ---- exactly the info I needed!
