I agree with everything BurdenofFloof says. (great name btw) Recognizing question type comes with practice, but more important than recognizing and categorizing is understanding what it actually means to you. How you should approach the problem, and what you are looking for changes depending on the question type and that is essential to success. Do not get carried away with categorizing different question types, they are all very similar at their core. Find the gap!!

I agree with McBeck, it is more about formatting than anything else. It seems like you are on the right track though by diagramming. Keep at it!

There is so much to the syllabus I think it is fine to skip around some, otherwise you might just get halfway and then give up because it is so much. I think it is better to get a more well rounded experience then to burnout halfway through. I do however think you should to everything in the Logic Games section of the syllabus. Good luck!

It really depends on where you are lacking and what sections you can get the most points. Generally speaking though, I believe that JY's videos on Logic Games cannot be beat. I would start there and make sure to go through all of the Logic Games section of the syllabus. Good luck!

You have the time and enthusiasm which are huge hurdles for most people, so give yourself credit for that! With practice comes understanding, and with understanding comes improvement. You can do it!!

Keep training and studying, and do not give up! Unless you are scoring 180 you can always improve.

practice peeing in a jar under the desk and not knocking it over while doing some practice tests. just like everything LSAT, practice makes perfect.

Hi Forthewin, even though it is late in your timeline, it is never too late to improve. You might benefit from new concepts and approaches to LR questions in particular. Not worrying too much about precise question type categorization, and instead focusing on identifying the conclusion and looking for the gap. Good luck!

Hi Listentothewindblow, I like your name. I think your strategy depends on how long you have before the LSAT. In general I would say taking more practice tests will always improve your confidence. If you are closer to the test though, I would recommend exercise, a brisk walk, a tasty meal, or any combination. I myself had a cannoli the morning of my test and it worked great! Good luck!!

Hi Sydney. For MSS questions it is important to stay narrow in your scope. Like inference questions, they must be directly stated in the stimulus. Message me if you are looking for more tips and approaches to questions.

it wouldn't let me chose the day, the email i got told me what day i had and it just was not giving me any times, not letting me chose any times. I was able to schedule now though by closing it out and opening it like 4 times. Good luck!

Hey ya'll! I just took the LSAT in August and have been tutoring since (I really enjoy it.) Do not hesitate to reach out if you interested in working together to improve your score. I can provide references if that is something you would like.

How many practice tests have you taken? I think June or August are realistic. June even. The most difficult part will be getting from low 170s to high/mid 170s.
