I am still struggling with #4. I am trying to figure out why E is correct instead of C. The author states that "Actual communities are "nonintentional": the people who inhabit towns or neighborhoods are thus more likely to exhibit genuine diversity - [...] - than are conference participants."
I'm pretty sure the author is saying that actual communities are towns/neighborhoods (geographic locations), so why doesn't C work?
