Just that one word "but" being thrown in there really destroyed me for this question!
Personally, blind review helps me even when it's this type of mistake because it reminds me to stay focused and what words to look out for (and also which ones to ignore- like sometimes, there's too much extra fluff and I mess up because I was focusing on details that didn't matter). Sometimes, I read too quickly and miss a key word and thus I misunderstand the whole thing. Blind reviewing helps me realize what exactly messed me up, and I've found that I used to make the same type of silly mistakes; being able to catch those myself in blind review helped me learn better than if I was just told by the answer key that I got it wrong. Quite a few questions on the LSAT are designed to trick you when you read too fast or skip important words by accident, and they really used to trip me up until I kept catching them in BR.
However, we all study and learn differently- it's totally possible that blind review doesn't help you as much as it helps others when it comes to mistakes like that, which are just slip ups.
