First of all, congratulations to you! You are in a fantastic position.

If I was you, I would consider what sort of work I want to do, and which market I would like to practice it in. For example, if you are dead set on doing biglaw in NYC, Berkeley might not be your best choice. Alternatively, if you want to live in California, a full ride doesn't sound too bad!

Best of luck to you.

LSAT - Retake and/or Addendum?

Hi all,

I have take the LSAT 6 times -- 4 times years ago (158-160) each time. This cycle, I improved to a high score of a 165. Should I write an addendum to explain the increase in score?

Similarly, I have one opportunity to retake this cycle, but am not confident I will improve. Will it hurt me if I re-take the exam and perform worse?

Analytics - Scoring One Section Only

Good evening,

If I am scoring individual sections from an exam, is there anyway to use the analytics/scoring feature to grade only one section -- as opposed to scoring the other sections as incomplete? I intend to use older exams to drill LR and LG, and am not finishing the exams in one sitting, rather, just one section at a time.

Alternatively, does anyone have any suggestions for the best way to do this? I am hoping to identify question types that I am consistently getting incorrect.

Thanks!

Re-applying to rejected school

2 years ago, I applied to a T14 school and was rejected. At the time, my GPA was at their median, and my LSAT was below their 25th percentile. Now, I have improved my LSAT score to exactly the median score. My personal statement, résumé, and letters of recommendation are very strong. Since my waitlist two years ago, I have made very solid advances in my career.

Do I have to re-work my entire application? Submit an entirely new personal statement? Write an addendum? Can I submit the same application with an updated résumé? Any advice is appreciated.
