Study Buddy -- Boston area/Skype

Hi guys and gals,

I am just starting my LSAT prep on here and I am looking for people to study with. I would prefer someone who I can sit down and talk with face to face, but Skype will work as well. I have read the Powerscore books and I am currently around a 160-161 average timed; Un-timed I am around 164. Discussing LR and LG are my biggest needs (though LG is quickly becoming an easy task with the full-proof method).

Let me know if anyone out there is interested!

Yeah, there's a list of all the common valid argument forms in the CC as well. Half are in validity, and the other half are in some and most relationship lessons. I think just doing more of them, and making your own list will be the most helpful.

Do you have a list from which I can continue to build?

PMOR Help

Hey all, quick question for everyone in here: has anyone come across a set of 'rules' like we have for parallel flaw. In paralllel flaw we have the 19 most common errors, which we can then use to eliminate answer choices. Is there something similar for PMOR?

Hi Brittany,

I sympathize with you. I too am finding LG to be challenging. That said, you might want to consider whether you truly want to be in the legal field if you are questioning your profession because of the test. We all go through rough patches in our studying, and most of us deal with a nemesis or two along the way.

If you are not where you want to be, I would recommend rescheduling your examine until you feel more confident!

Everyone learns at their own rate. And I can assure you that this test is beatable with proper studying. Have you reached out for extra help on the forum? A study buddy, or even a private tutor, might be the best thing for you if you feel that the 7sage method is not clicking for you (it doesn't work for everyone).

Just my 2 cents!

Need some #help here. It says that the campaign complied with the law because they didn't report anything, so why does that show that (C) has to be true? I went with (E) solely because they didn't report anything. With (C), you could argue that the mayor broke the law and didn't report anything. So how can we draw the conclusion that (C) is correct when there is NOTHING stated in the above that states that people must have complied with the letter of the law?

Hi Liz,

I am doing the exact same thing. It's a shame too, as I was supposed to be in Maine for the long weekend. Oh well. I hope it pays off!
