I thought E is wrong because it talks about two cheeses from the same manufacturer which is not completely parallel to the stimulus because those phones come from different companies. Please share how you view this.

Can you say in most resolve/ strengthening questions answer choices that talk about "some" do not do much? like D in above question? would it be valid to say even if D was good in other ways, it would not resolve the situation because it only applies to some not most of the cases that are apparently contradictory?

Thanks guys...that seems to be a valuable thing to do and that's how I am going to spend my day today! We got this!!

My score fluctuates nearly almost as much as yours does. I get 175 on BR though. So, I have concluded taht I know the material and I just have to get them right under time pressure. Hence, I am taking a timed practice test every day and BR it in the same day before moving to the next test/day. I think the most valuable thing to do in this limited time is BRing and taking timed test.

English is my second language too and I totally understand your points but it IS doable. I started with 128 on my first test ever (!!!!), I get around 160 now...and I'm aiming for 170 in December. The key is to guess the meaning of what you don't understand; an educated guess based on the context. Don't let yourself believe that one word can kill you, sometimes it does but not always if you face it confidently. From now till December write down every word you don't understand and it's meaning next to it... Even words in schools or day to day life. Then hang different copies of your list in different places around the house. It does magic. This is how I learnt the 3 languages that I speak besides my mother tongue. Thumbs up! We got this!!

Oh! One more thing: try to close your eyes 10-15 minutes before bed and do the test on your head. You don't know the exact question when you do this but it's like learning to swim in your head. Imagine with details each move.

I kinda feel you. For example I used to get all the MP questions in any section right and all of a sudden it's gone! I now miss 2-3 of them on RC and some on LR! I have learned if I step back from LSAT mentally and take a few days break once in a while it helps.

Thanks for all your comments, it's a stressful situation and knowing somebody understands you is helpful!

@: what do you exactly do when you drill RC? Also, during PTs and other practice, I have exhausted almost half of my RC sections, if not more. What do you use for drilling?

I called LSAC and they said testing center complaints can be submitted via email or fax. We should all submit our complaint because it might bring a change in long term for later test takers. So, there might one day be a policy at LSAC saying :"if your proctor interrupted you for something that could be solved during the break, you can void your test"!!

I checked with more than 15 schools by calling them. All accept it but Georgetown, Cornell, Duke, Northwestern, University of Chicago and Washington University on Saint Louis said it might be late but we accept it.

The following were very comfortable with my question bout Feb test and said :yes, we do accept it and no, it is not late for financial aid). Of course, I called the ones I am interested in, so if you don't see yours in this list don't get disappointed but call them instead. Here is the list of those who said yes to me and were very comfortable and sure in their answer:

1. American University

2. Boston University

3. Boston college

4. William and Marry

5. University of Maryland

6. Vanderbilt

7. Pen State

8. George Washington

9. Brooklyn law school

also, this link does a good job of categorizing (to some extent):

Guys I'm 28! Got an undergrad from India after I was forced out of native country, then moved to turkey, then us and started undergrad all over again because my degree wasn't good. I'm in a phd now but law is my passion. I took the test in 09 right after in entered this country and of course bombed it. Today I retook it after 5 years and I'll continue getting up after each falling till I make it...

Omg!!! They started the test 30 mins late in my location while everybody was locked in! I thought my bladder was going to explode during section 3!!! And then they interrupted me 2 times: first, she comes to me while I'm rushing through the section to say I forgot to write my info on the back of my photo!!! I'm like: F*** you! We had 30 mins sitting in the room together and you had to wait till minutes 23 of the second section!???

Then during section 4 she taps on my back from behind my sit that my shirt's hoody is too high and even though I'm not wearing it, it's coveting my ears!!! How do we make a complaint on the testing center????

Today's Test

They started the test 30 minutes late while we were all sitting in there locked up! I started with high anxiety (anxious from the beginning and it built up of course during the 30 mins delay). I walked out half an hour ago knowing I bombed it!

What is to be done now?

Cancel the score?

Re-take in February for 2015 cycle?

Re-take in June for the next cycle?

I can't believe this just happened to me after 6 months of preparation.

One additional point that makes C wrong is that it talks about automobile accidents but the argument is about traffic fatalities. I originally circled C but caught myself during the BR and figured they inserted "accident" in there in a very subtle manner and it is super difficult to see when you are flying through the section.

We are hardly 5 weeks away from Dec LSAT and I have been doing the BR since September 2014 and studying for this test since May this year. I have been doing everything JY explains in his course and still I do not go above 160 on PT. My average on BR is 175 which is an indicative of my potential score. I BR each test I take within 24 hours after taking it and I clearly see why the right AC is right and each of the rest are wrong. Then, I listen to videos which confirm my way of thinking. After all of that, I open another test and I see the same painful score!! Any advice/ personal experience on how I can manifest what I know without time pressure under timed test?

PS- This is my average timed performance:

Logic Games: 98%

LR: 76%

RC: 54%

Average raw score: 68-74

I appreciate any input.
