Hi! I am interested! I'm registered for september and those times work for me
I chose B initially, and then in blind review chose E. My reasoning for E is if "some people are required to pay admission fee" is not true, then raising admission fees will not affect the museum going public negatively. That may be a stretch, but if admission is free, then it fails that clause in the subconclusion. I guess the "or" means that even if admission is free, then the services could still have to decrease. OK fine, but...
Why aren't we supposed to take the stimulus as true? I took the premise that "the mandate will significantly increase the museum's operating expenses" as true, and that is why I was suspicious of A. It seemed like a trap answer choice that relies on common knowledge.
