I go this wrong because I thought that C was too strong. I thought it would be a far stretch to say that wine using other fruits would not be beneficial. But in the last paragraph the author does say that grapes are probably what makes wine so healthful so C would not be a leap. I should have realized when i was eliminating AC that I was left with A. A is way stronger than C, but I still picked A.I see myself sometimes eliminating certain answers because i think they are not mentioned in the passage and than left with one and pick that one anyways. Maybe when i am left with one I should ask myself is this really wrong. I really struggle with these detail questions. Any advice on approaches?

i got this wrong because i did not understand why the correct answer was right. But by process of elimination i got it right.
