#helpfor question 9, i still donnot get it, D followed by a reason for why I eliminated it as the correct answer. I got rid of D, because 17 - 19 seems to have critics downplaying the emphasis on individual patients. Of course this might be argued that they only argue against this when it is done at the expense of wider social context.

#help I just feel it is hard to understand why the absentee rate would drop? cause as we have 1000 people at the beginning, there is 10 absent, the absentee rate is 10/1000=1%. But as we fire 10 people, there are 990 people in the factory, so when the denominator gets smaller, numerator stays the same. This fraction gets bigger as 10/990=1.01%. As a result, the absentee rate gets bigger instead of drop. Could somebody explain why the rate would drop? Thanks a lot for helping.
