#help I almost chose D, but ultimately didn't. As JY pointed out, it forces us to make an assumption about the profitability of patents. So how do we justify choosing THIS assumption over the other assumptions in the answer choices??

I'm interested too! Planning to take the LSAT in August with the plan to retake in October if I feel like I need to. Any messaging platform works for me, as well! :)
