#help I almost chose D, but ultimately didn't. As JY pointed out, it forces us to make an assumption about the profitability of patents. So how do we justify choosing THIS assumption over the other assumptions in the answer choices??

Hi everyone! I know there's been quite a bit of speculation about whether or not the July LSAT will be flex... if it does end up being flex, when can we expect it to be announced?
