I thought that E was the answer. I think I read it and thought that "Saying that something is false can NEVER be other than morally wrong..." was actually the Conclusion. But its the premise to "It was wrong of my brother Mark..." I couldn't tell if it was more important to the author that it is wrong to lie OR that it was wrong of Mark in this specific instance. That's probably my fault. I wish there was a qualifying word that made answer choice E easier to rule out. But in the text it says the lying can "never be other than morally wrong" which equals "always" in the answer choice. AND ANOTHER THING answer choice D does not clarify that Mark lied. I think if said Mark had "falsely been in a traffic accident" I would have picked it immediately.
