P: Society acts to reduce power when society thinks it is not being used properly.
C: a business must act responsible to keep their power
Answer choice B says that PR firms can make companies appear to the public as being "socially responsible" even when they are not.
They are not socially responsible but society nevertheless thinks that they are because of their PR firms. So it is possible to retain power while being socially irresponsible.
