I narrowed it down to D or E, but neither really made much sense to me but I felt D was a little better so I chose it, though the correct answer was E. This question felt much more like a reconciliation question rather than an MSS question to me
The stimulus says each candidate has different talents and experiences, which you can reasonable assume means they have unique qualifications. Hence, if each candidate has unique qualifications, you cannot only focus on Jones and say she's the best qualified since everyone else has what Jones has.
