I just scored a 157 on PT150. I'm feeling very discouraged because I was previously PTing in the low 160s and trying to break out of that plateau. My test is in February and I do not want to reschedule or cancel because I have already applied this cycle and am taking the February test to improve scholarship and admission prospects. Does anyone have any advice or tips for between now and February (less than 3 weeks)? Should I take any more PTs or will it just stress me out and discourage me further?

That's just a term that refers to flaws that are recurring and very predictable!
For example:
I drank a lot of coffee before my LSAT and scored a 180. Therefore, drinking coffee caused my perfect score.
This argument commits the cookie cutter flaw of taking correlation to be causation. And yes, bad conditional reasoning is also cookie cutter, like when the argument confuses sufficiency and necessity.
I struggled with this more than the 4-5 star questions in the drill set I just did LOL how is this 3 stars😭
A lot of these arguments on the LSAT are exactly that: flawed! So yes, there may be more that one flaw in some of them. I'm still learning how to identify flaws myself, but my best advice would be to look for the flaws in the reasoning of an argument, i.e. the connection (or lack thereof) between the premises and conclusion. When it comes to answer choices, I find it helpful to eliminate what is descriptively inaccurate. Hope this helps!
I just scored a 161 on PT147. As BR suggests, timing and time pressure seem to be the issue. I especially struggle with having an RC exp section because RC drains my confidence (and 2 RCs happen to me more often than not it seems like). I don't really have the option of retesting at a later date because I am applying for this cycle and want to improve my existing applications (already submitted with 162) and would not like to delay until next cycle. Does anyone have any suggestions for between now and February? I'm aiming for at least the high 160s. Thanks!

With RC, I find it really helpful to highlight tone adjectives that suggest how an author may feel or think about a subject. Understanding the author's perspective is crucial in RC. In passages where we do not get much about the author, it helps to highlight things like "So-and-so asserts that" or "Critics of X theory claim" or anything like that. I think keeping track of the different perspectives was a challenge for me, but RC started to feel more manageable when I noted down the different perspectives, whether that be highlighting or in a low-res summary. Hope this helps!
