Does "Some... not" include zero?
I had a difficult time eliminating choice A as well because not only did it mention the rapid advancement of technology (reference to how it could be obsolete), but it also seemed to be saying that "regular training is necessary to keep one's skills at a level proficient enough to deal with the society" meant teaching kids in elementary and high school is NOT pointless because helps keep the kids proficient in dealing with society as if it were a continuous proficiency. Thereby, weakening Parent Q's statement.
The only reason why I eventually chose C in my blind review was because it specified the use of "computer technology" narrowing the scope, as well as the benefits of the process of learning to work with the technology.
This was a difficult one for me also. I still don't feel very certain about it. I might have to review it again in a few days.
I would apply to the schools anyway. The most important thing is applying early! I got in to some T50 schools with my 150 LSAT score (probably from my work experience) and i even got some scholarships. I am pretty sure if I applied earlier, I would have gotten in to some of my top pick schools (whereas I was wait listed). You should apply, but still aim to take it again and resubmit your scores if you want to. :)
