why isn't the relationship between Original Idea + Influential just valid arrow relationship? b/c when you exclude 20th Art←s→Great Art, you are left with just Great Art-----> OI + I?
JY says, in regards to E, b/c on on most Wednesday 1/2 coffee is offered, it could be true that on all Wednesday.
In his valid argument, "Some" lecture, he says that b/c the definition of some is "at least one" and could mean "possibly all," doesn't that mean E could also mean that on all Wednesday, 1/2 priced coffee is offered?
I struggle so much w/ valid inferences. Please #help

Can someone please explain how this mistaken negation is explained as (D): there are other easy ways to impress intellectuals that do not involve knowing history? What does this mean? How is this a representation of mistaken negation?
The best/easier answer choice would have been: confuses sufficient condition as necessary condition, right?
@ I came to Canada to take March and April LSAT because they aren't administered in my home country- Now, I am debating whether I should just go home again because all flights and being suspended. Assuming the April LSAT will be cancelled, I am wondering if I should stay to see if they will offer any alternatives........
This was going to be my first LSAT to apply to a few schools still accepting applications for Fall 2020. Will this affect negatively to my admission? Any advice? I've emailed some schools and all they say is: we won't review your application until your LSAT.....
Hi! I am interested- Planning on taking March LSAT!
Isnt C a restatement of the premise? Which in that case, cannot be an assumption?

I have a super low GPA 3.1 and aiming for 170+ on LSAT.
My background: I am trained abroad. Have a bachelor in Law. Took LL.M in the US from one of the TOP 14 schools, gained eligibility and passed the bar last year.
Because this isn't enough to secure me an opportunity in the US, I decided to pursue JD.
I started LSAT prep 2.5months ago and aiming to apply in Fall 2020.
How high of a chance do I have w/ 170+ and 3.1 undergrad GPA to get into TOP 14?
Any suggestion? I am currnelty getting 155-157 on my LSAT.
Hi-
I’ve been studying LSAT for over 4 months. I started from 149 and my score hasnt necessarily improved much. I am hitting 159-ish on Preptests.
I was originally going to apply in the Fall 2020 to TOP 14, w/ hopefully higher score closer to 170 since my undergrad GPA is low.
Then, I have recently heard of people transferring after 1L to TOP 14. I know it requires acing 1L.
Some schools take apps until June for classes starting this Fall 2020. If I start this fall, I will save one year and aim to transfer to TOP 14 next fall (Fall 2021).
I am currently debating between 2 options:
Any suggestions? advice? Can anyone share his/her experience of transferring?
Hi,
I took the May one on May 19th. I am scheduled to take the June LSAT Flex.
On my ProcturU site, my account shows that I am scheduled to take June LSAT Flex but also had taken a June LSAT Flex on May 19th. I had to restart my computer after 1.5 hours of chatting with several technicians/representatives.
LSAC only says that it's out of their hands and that I should take it up with Proctor U.
But, ProctorU hasn't replied to my email over a week and their chat/call lines are all not available after many many waits.
Has anyone else had this experience? If yes, were you able to resolve it?
Prephrase: high quality writing are often misunderstood. Judicial decisions is not high quality (aka, not misunderstood often) and determine laws. On the other hand, dissenting opinions in appendix of some written judicial decisions are often high quality (=misunderstood). Why?
Unlike, the judicial decisions that need to be precise and definitive on what law is, dissenting opinions do not determine anything about law. They are just opinions by a set of judges who arent pleased w/ the decisions.
—> C: the law is not to any great extent to be determined by dissenting opinions.
Hi,
I am currently getting mid 150+ and am taking the January exam in 10+ days. My goal for this exam is 160. (Ultimately aiming for 167-170 by May).
Every time I do the digital preptest and BR, I get at least 12-15+ correct question difference.
I am wondering if the difference is majorly because one's on digital and the other is on digital/paper.
I do would like those differences to be reflected on my actual preptest.
Any suggestion?
Inference from A is that Versatool has just more number of functions. But if these functions are never needed/infrequently used, even if Versatool does include these unncessary functions, we dont know if we will need addiotnal tools less often or not. In other words, if Versatool can perform all the necessary tools, even w/ infrequent/unncessary tools, we may or may not still need additional tool.
As for D: if this fact were to be considered that Versatool does not perform as many needed/necessary functions as other tools do, Versatool indeed would require additional tools more often. This would weaken the conclusion. Hence, the answer to this flaw question.
