Hey I am retaking in December but I do live in the Minneapolis area. I took the Dec 2013 test and scored 162. It was way below my PT average, and I contribute that mainly to making mistakes due to fatigue, I didn't practice enough times with the full 5 sections, simple as that. I've been mainly reviewing core concepts that I haven't mastered yet, and drilling games. Let me know if you are still interested in having a study partner.
