One thing that I find useful for questions with difficult setups is looking at the first question. The first question is usually a sequencing question, and it'll tell you what the groups you should use are vs what variables go into the groups. Hope this helps!
So, first we should seperate conclusion and support. C: CO2 was way higher back then compared to now. Why? Bc the oceans were water not ice and we would need billions of times more green house gases for that to happen back then. Therefore (C again) it must've been CO2!
