Hi Jovil,
I don't see it like this on this page. I tried to go the Preptests section and I just see list of Prep tests.. Is this feature only limited to certain users?
Hi Aastha
I was wondering if I can pick this specific PT on the drill section of the website. If not, where am I supposed to find this PT? I don't see this PT listed under LR
Hi,
What is the difference between premise indicator vs. context? The way I understood was that context are just additional info to lead up to the premise.
Hi I just started studying LSAT and scored horribly on my first test and was wondering if I can also get some tutoring.. You will be a life saver!!!
I believe unless you asked for special request for paper version, it is all online. if you go to LSAC they will list what cannot be on your table when you are taking exam so it should be from your house with your computer
Hi I am ranging around 150 ish and my lsat is in June. I just started studying a month ago. I am looking for a study partner who can meet in zoom or something weekly to kinda guide each other. I am not looking for a tutor or something. I am just looking for a partner. Please let me know if you are interested. Thanks
Hello,,
I am trying to make sense of why I would get -14 on one section and -4 on other section of same PT..
This was from PT 75.. Has anyone experienced this score difference?
Hi guys,
I am taking April LSAT and I just took PT88 and got score with -6 drop from my usual. I am not too worried about LG -2/-3 is ok for me but I just got like -12 in LR and -15 in RC. I usually get between -6/-9 for LR so I guess 3 more questions I can pass but I usually get -6 on RC with max -9 but with -15 in this RC I don't know what to do anymore.
Has anyone seen this major drop with scores with this PT particularly or maybe few weeks before the actual exam? I took one from the 90s and I didn't even do that bad on it so now I am confused where I lie. My scores have not dropped nor increased (LOL) for like the past few months and I was pretty happy with my score of 159~ 162. I got 153 on this PT so what will be the actual score on the real one? OR is this PT just from hell and I should just burn it and act like it never existed LOLOL
Hi!
I am having some trouble at the start of PT to get my head into the test.
Is there any tactics you guys use to get you started? I do warm up with 15q of LR and 2 games.
I feel like its my anxiety mostly that kinda eats me up at the beginning of the test.
I like to summarize the stimulus before I go answer keys. So basically, for example,
if you go to PT1 Q11
So in this problem, my summary would be something like " so you are saying there will be more Oxygen-18 concentration in ocean during ice age or less oxygen-16 concentration in ocean during ice age"
Then, you go to the answer key and first look for something that is similar to your summary or if you can't at first glance, eliminate anything that has a conditional format "if, then" or strong language " always, must".
Hope this helped!
I was thinking if 7sage can change the way they edit these videos for these earlier LSAT questions. Is it possible for these newer tutors to just do explanation like JY? I don't really find myself focusing listening to other students ask questions.. the videos seem to become really lengthy.. I feel like my money is not being well spent? not in an offensive way but I would like to achieve as much as I can through 7sage and not go searching for other explanations on internet. Idk what other people think about this
The philosophy RC passage Was.. something else..
Hey! I recently found out a way to figure out SA+PSA. Both questions require the answer so that the premise has to be the reason for the conclusion to happen. For example,
For pt58 s1 #23
the premise that supports the conclusion stating that we should impose tariff blah blah is " This will result in farmland's blah blah consquent vanishing of unique way of life"
So in this PSA question, losing unique way of life has to be significant enough to impose tariff on all the consumers.
That is why the only answer c) social concerns should take precedence sometimes over economic efficiency
this was the only answer that mentioned social concern = aka unique way of life
The only difference between PSA and SA is that SA will be more obvious than PSA
Hello
I keep getting -7~ -9 in LSAT and when I go back for BR, I am able to get the right answer. What should I do to avoid this? Should I just keep drilling? I have been doing timed and untimed drills. I want to detect what the real issue is but I really don't get why
You guys are so awesome..so much mental support
So I do feel like its the 4 section tests that I am just not used to. I think I need to practice my mindset when taking the 4 sections..
Hi!!
Whenever I do Modern test with 1LR, 1LG, and 1RC I get about -5 ~ -6 on LR. However, when I do two LR it is -5/-6 on one LR but about -10/11 in the second one. I see the pattern but I am not sure what the issue could be?
Hello I am currently getting -1/-2 on each passage but I can't seem to finish RC.
I guess for the RC I need more practice timed.
But I am really discouraged by LR. I am constantly scoring -10~-12 each section. I can't finish around 4-5 questions and get the rest wrong. How can I improve from this?
Hi I got it. It was on Auto Builder so I didn't see it. Thank you!
