why C is correct?
my understanding is that "when people show signs of having a heart attack, EKG is used", so the "cases in which no heart attack occurred", they probably not use EKG, so it's out of scope, because the conclusion is about "Interpreting EKG data".

I still don't understand, I think they agree on there is the risk but disagree on "decrease an individual's risk" / "lessens the chances". Can anyone help?

#12, what’s wrong with “fiction”? “It’s description of the characters and motivations of the people” sounds very “narrative” to me. Can anyone help? Thank you
The questions is regarding the computer simulations vs. actual test crashes. Why B cannot be the answer? Is that because "highly likely" is not good enough to be a premise? Could anyone share your ideas? Thank you.

what's wrong with D?
This is what I thought:
① short-term and long-term often conflict
② MPA is long-term conflict
③ business have compelling reasons to execute MPA
D: MPA (long-term) and short-term usually conflict
Can anyone help on this?
