Hi! L2 and B2 refer to your undergrad GPA. L2 stands for your last two years GPA, and B2 is your best two years GPA :)
Thanks for the replies @ and @ :) When I spoke to the representative she didn't know whether or not services cards would fall under "certain Canadian health care benefits cards". I sent in a photo of the ID, so I guess I have to wait until lsac emails me back now.

Does anyone know if a services card would count as an acceptable form of ID for test day? I just called LSAC to ask, but the person that answered didn't seem too sure and told me to send a photo of the ID to be sure. Hopefully someone here has used one as an ID before and knows?
