If one of my rec letters is from a professor at my school but they did not teach me and instead are my supervisor for a school position, do I put "professor" as their title? Supervisor? Instructor?

My last PT before test day. 172. My overall average for PT's before this is 164. UMMMMMMM... what do I do with this information? Should I be excited or more anxious that I'm not going to test to my full potential this week?
