I think retaking it would be a bad idea. It's not going to be simulating what test day will be like since you've already seen every question. It might make you think you are faster than you actually are. I would suggest that you just go through the questions you got wrong on the test and look at the mistakes you made instead of re-taking the full test under timed conditions.
If you are bothered by a little cursing in a professional environment then you probably shouldn't be considering becoming a lawyer.
I was able to come up with the same analysis when I did the question, and I was able to confidently rule out b, c, d, and e. But I still wasn't convinced with A, because A says "drivers" instead of "most drivers". The editorialist's statement has the phrase "is always almost impossible", so wouldn't that mean that it is sometimes possible for drivers with a large number of demerit points to become more responsible drivers? Therefore I had a really hard time picking an answer because I felt like the statement "drivers" ruled out those few with demerits who might become more responsible. Please help me understand why the term "drivers" in answer A doesn't contradict the idea of it being sometimes possible. Thanks!
The only thing I'm going to pay attention to is limiting my coffee intake in the morning. The last thing I want is to pee my pants during the first section. After the test is over I will be enjoying some illicit substances.
