Hi! Are you blind reviewing the PTs you are doing? Remember that beyond the content in the core curriculum the most important thing is to identify and correct common mistakes. You could also try to do an untimed PT or section. This will help you identify if you have a content issue or time issue. I would also recommend going back to the core curriculum content on LR and RC. Perhaps the second time around things will click better for you.
Applying the earliest possible is ideal and cannot hurt you unless your application is not ready at that time. Whether to do early decision or simply an early application would be up to you. Have you hit the school's median score? If not, how far are you?
Hi! I do not know if it varies by school but I will tell you what I know. I'm from Florida and law school apps open from September to the following May/July. All of the schools I have spoken to have accepted Spring graduations if the plan is to begin law school in the Fall. Some schools also accept Summer graduations as long as you're able to show proof of graduation by the first day of school or orientation. If you will graduate in the Spring that would not impair you from applying this year to begin law school the following Fall. Hope this helps!
For me the most important part of simulating for the August LSAT is time. I have taken two LSAT flexes and my fear is that I will get tired or bored with an additional experimental section. Therefore, it is better for me to take 4 section tests, even if they have two LR's. However, if you want to simulate the test score-wise, take the 3 section scored.
I would be interested too!
