I made all these suggestions unintentionally, not drinking alcohol. getting my sleeping scheduling on the right track, eating better... etc. I'm taking my LSAT next week. but I'm noticing signs of stress in my body I've never seen before, which is completely unavoidable. For example; feeling disoriented when I'm not studying because even when I am not studying it's all I can think about. All I can say is LSAT prep is a very wild experience.
