Hello LSATers,
I'm wondering if you guys have any tips when it comes to highlighting for the test?
For me, I highlight when it comes to reading passages for key points. There are times in logical reasoning in which I highlight when the text is so dense or I need to do something active to wake my brain up. I heard that in logic games, you can highlight the master board, and add new information rather than making new game boards every question.. I really like that but it's risky when it comes to must be true questions when having multiple game boards set up is critical.
What are your thoughts when it comes to taking advantage of highlighters?
Okay here's my two cents, on this seemingly ridiculously painful question.
First of all guys besides undertaking intensive lawgic, you can also USE the process of elimination from the premises/context of the question stem-WILLINGLY BREAKING A SPECIFIC LAW TO BRING ABOUT LEGAL REFORM
A. can be eliminated because Keisha protest- we don't know if she is breaking a law by doing so and didn't mention legal reform- just said seemingly brutal dictatorship
B. can be eliminated because once again, it didnt say she broke a specific law
C. The trap one. concern for others --> justified.. mistaken negation..
D.required to do so- act of justified civil disobedience. For one, she violated a specific law "deliberate violation of a law", and seek legal reform " by repeal of the law" and lastly matches the logic in the question stem: require-->>justified.
E. can be eliminated because once again, it didnt say she broke a specific law
